Before students can board the bus, we need the parental release/consent form signed by at least one parent and the student. You can download the form by clicking the button on **bretview.church/students** and then upload it directly to this registration. Alternatively, you can print the form at home and bring it to me, or let me know if you need a copy—I’ll have printed forms available for you to sign!
